SMITH’S OVAL DIAMOND SHARPENING STEEL ROD 10”

Sharpening rod surface has overlapping hole design coated with mutiple layers  of micron  sized monocrystalline diamonds.   This hole design helps  speed up the sharpening process by  holding the metal filings which build up during the sharpening process.  There is a  soft rubber handle for comfort and safety. Hang up ring for easy access. A plastic sharpening tip protects your counter during sharpening. Rod has a Grit of  Fine Diamond 750.  Conventional steels may only realign your cutting edge. However  this 10"  Diamond sharpening steel hones and realigns your cutting edge at the same time.
